Job Description
CNC Swiss Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC Swiss machines in a clean, climate-controlled facility with excellent employee amenities. Experience with Star machines is a plus but not required, and plenty of overtime is available for those interested (not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC Swiss machines in a team-based environment.
- Perform hourly quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic geometric tolerancing (training provided as needed).
- Complete routine machine maintenance and make necessary tooling adjustments.
- Communicate job status and quality updates with team members and leadership.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Swiss machining preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and perform precision inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with reliable work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on feet throughout the shift.
