Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, DEI, Employee Relations, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on driving outcomes related to inclusivity and belonging.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans across diverse regions and business units.
- Strong experience in managing and leading teams, with a track record of successful program management.
- Proven experience with change management at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in working within a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing program metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in preparing high-level communications for executive and board-level audiences.
Compensation
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
