The Process/Operations Redesign practice is searching for a Senior Delivery Manager on a Remote basis. This is a hands‑on leader with proven experience driving process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change. This role blends strategic leadership with tactical execution - a true player‑coach who builds trusted client relationships while delivering measurable results.
