Summary: Directs and coordinates activities involved in operating retail shops in assigned areas and provides leadership in the overall shop's activities of a quality and nature that will result in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages 1-2 subordinate TM II's and is responsible for their overall direction, coordination and evaluation. Also directly supervises 2-30 Team Members. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
