YOUR ROLE:

• Engage in an extensive program to develop the skills necessary to offer comprehensive financial advice to clients, actively participating in classroom discussions and goal-setting sessions.
• Gain valuable direct sales experience while marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a competency test in the sales process.
• Enhance your prospecting abilities by utilizing research, networking, and communication skills through personal connections, community events, and social media.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
• Oversee the completion of content, proposals, and paperwork to ensure a seamless application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Meet all trainee program requirements, gaining the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.
• Obtain the required insurance licenses before starting the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
• Pass a CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and maintain throughout employment, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entry into the program.
• Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
• Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, appreciating varied perspectives and engaging in active listening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
