About the Role:

The Housekeeping position at Rock Lane Resort is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that all areas of the facility are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, organizing spaces, and managing supplies effectively. The Housekeeping team plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of everyone who enters the facility. By upholding cleanliness and order, the Housekeeping staff contributes significantly to the reputation and operational efficiency of Rock Lane Resort.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in cleaning management or related field.
  • Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure that all restrooms are stocked, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services from staff and management.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
