Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system (POS system) including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment. Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable. Answer phones and redirect calls in a courteous, professional manner to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to WonderWorks standards. Follow the checklist for required duties and timelines. Address and manage all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts; if unable to appropriately resolve, refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty.
