We're hiring a Temporary Office Assistant to join our team for approximately Six (6) months.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment,
and making a meaningful contribution-even if just for a season!
What You'll Do to Support the Team:
- Maintain and organize records, forms, documents, and reports.
- Operate standard office equipment like computers, calculators, and digital scanners.
- Sort, file, and index materials both physically and digitally using established systems.
- Use software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of working with the public in a professional setting is required.
- Six (6) months of doing clerical work is preferred.
- Must bring sharp attention to detail-even when the task isn't glamorous. Precision matters, whether it's entering data or organizing records.?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Sheets/Docs) is a must-someone who's comfortable with data and detail.
- At least 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Someone who brings integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethic-plus the ability to work independently.
