Greets guests and owners on arrival. Check in/out guests. Generates folio and collects payments. Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls. Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for: Previous customer service experience. Cash handling experience, preferred. A professional demeanor. Basic computer skills. Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing. Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.
