Job Description

The Housekeeping Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
• Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner
• Stock linen closets and other storage areas
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
• Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have proof of a valid driver's license

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
